companies believe that the superstar sales person or sales manager

the corner. Your first question should
be “whose system is the new VP going to work under, theirs or
yours.” Most business owners typically respond by saying “our
system” It is then necessary to look at the system (in many cases
there is no sales system) to determine how successful it has been in
